These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and omgbet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at omgbet.club. • "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit or bonus amount credited to your Account pursuant to a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the omgbet website, web application, and any associated services accessible at omgbet.club.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by you into your Account using a supported payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all products, features, and content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games.
• "Verification Documents" means any identification, proof of address, or payment method documentation requested by omgbet for the purpose of identity verification or account security.

To access the full range of omgbet Services, you must register an Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by omgbet for any reason.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and will not share your login credentials with any other person.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the omgbet Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Access to and use of the omgbet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the Platform. By registering an Account or placing any Bet, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

omgbet takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling seriously. The Platform employs age verification procedures during registration and reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time to confirm a user's age. Any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all Bets placed from that Account will be declared void, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after deducting the value of any bets placed.

omgbet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its security and anti-fraud obligations. You may be required to submit Verification Documents at any stage of your relationship with omgbet, including but not limited to:

• At the time of registration or first deposit.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• In response to any activity on your Account that triggers our internal risk assessment procedures.
• Periodically, as part of our ongoing account review process.

Acceptable forms of Verification Documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used to make deposits. omgbet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, the suspension of the Account in its entirety. omgbet will handle all submitted documents in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the omgbet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). omgbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. omgbet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• omgbet does not charge a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• omgbet reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to omgbet support promptly. omgbet cannot guarantee the return of funds once they have been wagered.

omgbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonus offers are available to users aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion may be claimed once per Account, household, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") which must be met in full before any withdrawal of winnings derived from those Bonus Funds can be processed. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Funds and any associated winnings may expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period.
• omgbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through the opening of multiple Accounts or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

In the event of any inconsistency between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of that promotion shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and live in-play betting activity conducted through the omgbet Platform:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. omgbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been accepted by the Platform, except where explicitly provided for in the specific sport or market rules.
• omgbet reserves the right to suspend or remove any market at any time prior to the settlement of Bets placed on that market, including in response to technical issues, data feed errors, or integrity concerns.
• In the event that a Bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a manifest error (including a "palpable error" or "palpably incorrect odds"), omgbet reserves the right to void that Bet and return the stake to the user's Account Balance.
• Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement (whether due to human error or system error) are void and will be cancelled without payment.
• Live in-play Bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the exact moment of acceptance by the Platform. Network latency may affect the timing of Bet acceptance; omgbet accepts no liability for delays caused by the user's internet connection.
• omgbet offers betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers), football (FIFA World Cup, club leagues), and other sports. Market-specific rules are published within each respective sport section of the Platform.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and vary by sport, event, and market type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. omgbet reserves the right to limit the stake size accepted from any individual Account at its sole discretion.

All casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, and other gaming products available through omgbet are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with the rules and payout structures determined by its respective studio and certified by independent testing laboratories.

• All games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing mechanisms supervised by trained croupiers. omgbet does not alter or influence game outcomes in any way.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors, disconnections, or display glitches — void all affected plays and stakes will be returned to the user's Account Balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before any wager is placed.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are as certified by the respective game studio and may be found within the game's information panel.
• omgbet reserves the right to remove any game from its catalogue at any time without prior notice.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on the omgbet server, the server record shall prevail. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact omgbet support within 72 hours of the relevant game session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the omgbet Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account, whether directly or indirectly.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place Bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other users, including chip dumping in poker or casino games, or coordinating Bets to manipulate market prices.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage betting strategies that are designed to systematically exploit promotional offers.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or Account Balance to another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward omgbet staff or other users via any communication channel.

omgbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory Verification Documents within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to the Account.
• At the user's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

In the event that an Account is closed following a breach of these Terms, omgbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance, including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, and to void any pending Bets. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the user's own request — any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification process.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of omgbet. Any unauthorised use of omgbet's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, omgbet shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any loss of data, corruption of data, or security breach resulting from events outside the reasonable control of omgbet.
• Any error or inaccuracy in the odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform.
• Any losses resulting from Bets placed on events where the outcome was subsequently subject to review, disqualification, or reversal by the governing sporting body.

omgbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

omgbet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein. omgbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, omgbet will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may take the form of a notification displayed on the Platform or an email to the address associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. omgbet operates as an international online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute between you and omgbet, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. Any formal legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred.
